                How long does it take before I can go in and start putting my content on?  Once payment is made 4-5 days.
                How many email boxes am I allowed?  As many as you would like.
                What is your down time?  99.99% with 24/7 Technical Support
                Can I customize this site?  Yes but note it is a template which keeps the cost down, customizing it can get costly.
                Is it my own domain?  Yes your name and your web space of 100 megs.

                Is it easy to operate?  Yes, if you can email you can operate the admin panel.

                 How much text can I add?  You may add lots!  We give you 100 mg. of space for you to use how you wish.
                 How do I get to the next line when typing in the text editor?  Hold shift and enter= next line   enter=second line         
                 Can I indent?  Yes.  You can bold, underline, italic, center, and indent your text.
                 Can I use bullets?  There is automatic bullets and numbering
                 Can I use .html?  Yes.  You may switch over to .html and add .html features.
               
                  Links:
 
                  Can I add links?  Yes.  You can links anywhere and as many as you would like just add the URL name.
                  Can I do a link to a link on the same page? Yes. Add an anchor anywhere. Add the URL with /#anchortag to the end.
                  Can the name of the link on the page be different then it is?  Yes.  You can select any words on the page.
                  Can I link to inner pages on a website?  Yes.  You just use the URL address to that specific page.
 
                  Gallery:
 
                  How many pictures can I load?  A lot.  You have a 100 megs. of space to use which holds a lot of pictures.
                  What size of picture?  Try to use your lower settings ie. for email of internet use, but you can use any size.
                  Do I create the thumbnails?  The thumbnails are made automatically when you load the picture.
                  Is there any software I have to download?  No.  You upload the pictures from your hardrive.
 
                 Video:
 
                 Is the movie streaming?  Yes.  It is streaming audio/video.
                You are entitled to have the first one installed for free?  Yes.  There is a fee to update your movie
                 What if you don't have one?  That is okay.  There is a message stating that a video is not available.
                 What file format does it have to be?  We try and work with all file formats.  .avi is commonly used.
 
                 Logo:
 
                 How big does my logo have to be?  The logo is resized automatically.  It will show no larger then 200 pixels high.
                 What if I don't have a logo?  There is a default graphic that says "Welcome" to use in the interim.
                
                 Payment:
 
                 We accept business cheques and payment through PayPal using major credit cards.
 
                Hosting/Domain Name:
 
                Who provides the hosting and domain name?  We provide you with both.  We send you one invoice a year for fees.
